Welcome to Mobile Everywhere (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By hiring a scooter from us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Riders must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license or permit.

1.2. Riders must provide a valid form of identification before hiring a scooter.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, or at our designated rental stations.

2.2. Payment must be made in full before scooter rental. We accept cash, mobile money, and credit/debit cards.

2.3. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the safe return of the scooter.

3. Use of the Scooter

3.1. The scooter must only be used within Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, unless otherwise permitted in writing.

3.2. The scooter must be used for personal transportation only—commercial use is prohibited.

3.3. Riders must comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

3.4. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1. The rider is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the scooter during the rental period.

4.2. The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the scooter.

4.3. Riders must have personal insurance coverage where applicable.

5. Returns and Late Fees

5.1. The scooter must be returned to the designated drop-off point at the agreed time.

5.2. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

5.3. If the scooter is returned in a damaged condition, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

6.2. No refunds will be issued for early returns unless due to a technical failure of the scooter.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1. Scooters must not be used:

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • For racing, off-road riding, or stunts.
  • By anyone other than the registered rider.
  • In areas where scooters are restricted.

8. Termination of Rental

8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the rider violates any of these terms.

8.2. No refunds will be given for terminations due to misconduct.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under Zimbabwean jurisdiction.
